Symptoms vary widely and may include hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, brain fog, insomnia, low libido, weight changes, and more. This diversity makes diagnosis and treatment challenging, often leaving women feeling overwhelmed. The transition also raises long-term health risks such as heart disease, osteoporosis, and dementia.

Hot Stuff Coaching offers 1:1 personalized support for women in midlife, helping them manage symptoms now while investing in future health. We begin by helping you create a vision for yourself that describes how you will thrive during and after menopause. Then, using a holistic, research-based approach, I guide clients in aligning nutrition, movement, and self-care with their vision, goals, lifestyle, and values—for a vibrant and healthy postmenopausal life.
